What is the Itchy Red Rash above my thigh area:
Cause: If it is an itchy red rash it is Jock Itch, a fungus that thrives in warm moist environment, you can get that is you wear moist and not so clean underwear. But if it's bright red and right on the penis, it may be a yeast infection, which can be passed from women to men through unprotected sex.
Cure: Always use clean dry underwear, make sure not to leave your private area wet or moist. After showering you can put baby oil or extra virgin olive oil on the groin area to keep it protected from bacteria and fungal infection. Extra virgin olive oil when applied to clean skin few times a day can do wonder with fungal infection like Jock itch. For yeast infection, try an over-the-counter antifungal cream, applying twice daily for a week. Don't treat either condition with hydrocortisone cream. By suppressing your immune system, "hydrocortisone will actually make the fungus worse.
Erectile dysfunction.
Cause: About 25% of erectile dysfunction cases are psychological and stress related it could be anything from relationship issues to performance anxiety.
Cure: Consult your doctor first if your have any physical problem that may be causing your ED. Once physical factors have been ruled out, to do it with your partner after a nice breakfast. Testosterone levels peak around 7am, so your hormones and your penis, will be at full attention then. If it fails seek the help of a counselor or psychologist.
What is Varicocele? Varicocele is an abnormal enlargement of the veins in the scrotum
Cause: When the valves inside the veins of the scrotum don't close properly, so blood pools and they swell. The resulting bundle of enlarged veins, or varicoceles, doesn't always hurt, but the extra blood warms the testes. This jeopardizes sperm production (which requires temps cooler than 37degree centigrade) and causes the testicles to hang away from the body.
Cure: Varicoceles may be managed with a scrotal support (jockstrap, briefs), but if pain continues or testicular atrophy results, the varicocele may need to be ligated (tied off). If you notice these problems see your urologist who specializes in infertility right away. Your doctor can stop blood from pooling by tying off the veins or blocking them. You can expect to go home within 4 hours of a routine varicocele surgery. Anti-inflammatory medicine is prescribed for a few days after surgery. You can have sex again in three weeks, although you should schedule a follow-up semen analysis in 3-4months. In 60% of infertile men, semen quality will improve after surgery. Even if you're not trying to conceive, the problem should be corrected if it's painful or creates a size discrepancy between testicles.
Semen has a reddish color, and it Drips out rather than Shoots when a man ejaculate.
Cause: If you have an infection and it starts to heal, scar tissue can form and create a blockage in the ejaculatory duct. The reddish color is blood from the initial infection. Your ejaculate volume may drop below the average of half a tablespoon and continue to drip out after you achieve orgasm.
Cure: The surgical solution for this is transurethral resection of the ejaculatory ducts. The doctor will scrape out the scar tissue, and that will remove the blockage. You can resume your sexual activity in 7-10days.
