So many people end up in family court and really cannot afford a lawyer to represent them.  In my jurisdiction one half the people in divorce cases are forced to represent themselves.  Since I price out by the hour like my fellow lawyers I decided to start Conexa LLC which will allow people to basically have me review their self-help pro se forms before they file them so at least they get their foot in the door correctly rather than being shut out on the courtroom steps.  This is what legal zoom and other paralegals do but these are usually supervised by paralegals rather than an experienced attorney like myself.  Although for criminal cases people can get the public defender for other cases they are forced to wait in line for legal aid or try to grope through the complicated legal system on their own like a lost car in a fog.
