Constant Contact is the best email marketing service available on the net. I've used Yahoo's Email Marketing service and it paled in comparison to Constant Contact (www.constantcontact.com). They have the best pricing plan out there (in my opinion) and they charge you dependent on the size of your email list not by the emails sent. This allows you to send unlimited email communications to your email list. I also think their templates are very useful, they have a huge selection to choose from. I use their service at both my day job (webmaster) and when I need to contact my band's fan email list (my band site: The Reverse Engineers).
A recent cool feature they've added is a new email wizard that allows you to drag and drop sections of text. This is very useful when you have various topics in your email.
For small businesses they have a coupon feature that allows you offer coupons to your customers.
Constant Contact gets my seal of approval.

I find that when people send emails to each other, they seem to almost forget that yes...etiquette does play a part. This is also true for those that search for other peoples email online. Yes, email finders can be fantastic and work great, but when your typing in "find email address" in google...do they really want you to find it in the first place? Make sure you know this first....unless it's business related of course :)
