I have been shopping around for a construction company that will be able to take my plans of the perfect family home and turn them into a reality. As I am a first time investor in property and construction, I must admit that I have a lot to learn. I have been asking around for as much information and advice as I can get.
Building companies and construction companies are not few and far between, but I have been told to be extremely careful of which building company we end up going with. Checking out the portfolio and previous alterations and buildings done by the company would be in your best interests!
We have a week of meetings with more construction companies in Gauteng and then its decision time! Wish us luck!

you are so right. The thing with building your own house or getting a construction company to do the building for you, is that you get exactly what you want out of your home. So many houses are popping up in our area and I must say that the work is fantastic!
