Take those skills and cross-sell into another industry. Job seekers should devote time to figuring out what they like to do, and then determine the activities in which they excel. For example, if you loved your Human Resources job at AJC because you conducted legal research and managed payroll, why not find a new job strictly focusing on research?
Focus on your accomplishments and things you’ve enjoyed. I was laid off after working 19yrs. in advertising now I’m selling AVON and I love it. They have everything from beauty products, clothing, shoes, etc.
