Imagine having the ability to control your own dreams! What would you dream about? Would you visit a distant world? Would you talk to your loved ones who have passed? What If you could fly through the bright colored skies?

Some think that it is hard to believe that you can control your dreams. To be honest, I was the same way for quite some time! I thought there was no possible way to dictate what goes on inside of my mind while I sleep!

One day, while playing around on Google, I came across a site that taught people how to have lucid dreams. I learned that in order to control my dreams, all I would have to do is become lucid! To become lucid, you must realize that you are dreaming.

There are a few methods to help you become lucid while dreaming. These methods are called reality checks. An example of a reality check that I personally use is simply looking at my hands! In my dream world, when I am dreaming, my hands look much different than they normally do. Sometimes, they have six fingers. Sometimes, they are gigantic!

Once I confirm that I am in fact dreaming, my body becomes filled with excitement! Excitement is not always good though... Every now and then, the excitement will wake me up, and pull me away from the dream! When I am able to control my excitement, the possibilities are endless!
