Many of us loves to eat foods and sometimes we don't know how to control our weight. There's a saying that the prohibited things are the most challening to do. Whenever we eat we do not think about the result it may cause our body specially for us Adults. We control the food of younger but we cannot our own food. We want to try a lot of food and sometimes even if it can harm us we still eat it to satisdy our eyes and crave. A proper Diet and Exercise will help us to maintain a good weight but even if we know it. We are so lazy.
The Following are the basic steps to control weight:
1. Do not eat junk foods-Junk foods contain high carbohydrates that increase our weight.If you try one junk foods you'll ask fot it more and more. You need to control your self and think about the result it will give you.
2.Exercise-a simple exercise like walking can helps to sweat and burns fat.. Exercise is important because it makes the body for alive and enrgetic.
3.Enough Protein-Eat foods that have enough protein. Do not extend to eat more and more.Do not eat whenever you are mad or upset. It will more affect the way you think.
4. Eat the Basic Food basic group- A proper way to live to the fullest is to try food basic group that can help you give the maintance needed by our body.
5. Consult a physician-Do not try to be a physician of yourself. You should consult a physician that have studied and research about this cases. They have enough knowledge to help you. Do not guess because you're health is what we are talking about.
We should do exercising depending on what we enjoy to do like jogging or some sports like tennis, badmiton,Golf,Skiing, sSwimming,bicycling,table tennis,canoeing and many more. Exercise can help us to stop obesity but also to improve our vowel movements and proper digestions.It can aslo make us feel, look and think better.We can also do rhythmic exercise like Breathing to relax,Yoga and many more.
A proper diet is a important contribution to our body because foods that we eat build body tissues and provide energy for our body.A good Breakfast start in obtaining vitamin and minerals.Always choose food with nutrients. For the people who do not eat food with nutrients you can consult a physician to help you. They know the proper Nutrients you need. They will give you vitamins and food supplement for your health.
Always think about what will happen when you eat foods that are not good. Everything has limit,limit your self to live life to the fullest.
