44Well It depends on what you are making. The best milks I have found, and I am lactose- intolerant, are Rice milk for cereal. Soy milk(unsweetened) for my espresso and Almond and Hemp milks for general nutrition. Though it is much more nutritious to make Almond milk from scratch: Soak a few almonds over night, peel the skin, add purified water blend and strain. Easy--All delicious with great variety.
