My favorite uncle on my dad's side piqued my first interest in the corvette's. He owned, and last I heard, still has several of them in a variety of different years and colors. My first ride in one was a blue one, a lot like the first picture. Maybe not the same year, but close in color. I loved it!

My first ride in a classic corvette, was on a date with my younger brothers friend. It was a red classic, as in the picture depicted with the white side. One thing we girls notice first... besides a guys charming smile, good looks and fine physique, is their ride! Am I not right girls? But good manners also apply. Who wants to ride with a jerk?

Not all hot guys have a cool car they can show off to the girls. But, when they do...look out! They are definately noticed! Some girls like a guy who takes risks in driving, but I like a man who is responsible and fun to ride with. So, who doesn't like the wind blowing your hair back in a convertable? Speed is fun as long as it is controlled. No flying over dips in the road, or over hills that bring your stomach up to your throat when you land on the other side, for me. I had an uncle who loved to scare us kids like that, taking chances with our young lives. It taught me that it was not always such a thrill after all. I can't believe we were allowed to ride with him, when they had no seat belt laws back then!

What girl doesn't love the look of a handsome face on a hot guy? Celebrities are so easy on the eyes aren't they? Although I do know of several men in my home town who might compare...but are not well known. It is just nice to watch these men in action on the screen when going to a theater to watch a movie. Great eye-candy! Whether they are in an action film, mystery, sci-fi or 'chick flick'.

In a fantasy, who wouldn't dream of dancing with their favorite celebrity, or taking center stage with them in a movie as their costar... to any of the handsome males? You have to wonder how many of them though would treat you right, and perhaps be that perfect gentleman you dreamed they'd be. What of their lives as in the public eye...could you handle all the publicity and dirty laundry some try to dig up about them and share with the world?

I think it is best for me just to see them and appreciate their talent, looks and charm on the screen. Don't get me wrong...I would be ecstatic if I had the chance to actually meet one! To have one notice me and even just share a smile with me, would be worth more than gold. But, I was never a girl who posted such pictures or posters on my wall of celebrities. I always was known to live in a daydream world anyway...it would have been too dangerous!

I did have a dream once of Brad Pitt. It was funny, cause I had never been crazy about him like so many women and girls were and are. But in this dream, I was sitting at a diner eating in a booth by myself when he walked in. All the waitresses swarmed around him, offering their assistance to get his order. He merely smiled and waved them away. Then he came over to my booth and asked if he might join me. I was shocked as he seemed so popular. I smiled shyly and agreed, which he then did sit across from me and asked:

"You don't know who I am, do you?"

When I woke up...it was then I was aware of who he was. Back at that time, he had been married to Jennifer Aniston. Funny how It is the only known dream I have had of a celebrity! Hopefully though, not the last? I had to wonder what it meant at the time, as I was not prone to dream of any.

Too bad we can't pick and choose who we dream about.  I am sure now... I would possibly pick all those pictured and then some! (in some way or other, no doubt). Who would you pick? Would they have a hot car to boot as well? Just a thought!  Isn't dreaming fun!?
