Japanese Companies Know How to Make Anything Fun

And erasers are no exception. There are so many cute Japanese-designed erasers out there that would be great for many back-to-schoolers (mostly girls).

Iwako Erasers

Iwako has a lot of different types of erasers: They have erasers for food, vehicles, accessories, sports, animals, plants, etc... You can use them as erasers or even as toys.

Iwako isn't the only good Japanese eraser company around

There are also Monokuro erasers. Monokuro Boo is a collection of Japanese-style characters that are used as icons for many items. It uses boring colors to prove that not all cute things need bright colors.

See them on Wikipedia

And let's not forget our most famous Japanese icon Hello Kitty! Did you expect any less than to have Hello Kitty erasers?

One of my classmates has this really cool eraser pen...I wish I could find one online :( (or steal hers).

Erasers are great to collect 'cuz they're so pretty...and if you outgrow your collection you can actually use them. (unlike collecting cards. If you stop collecting, not much use except to resell).
