Coping Skills for The Fat Loss 4 Idiots 11 Day Diet

If you're on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet (the FL4I diet), there are 3 options for weight loss including:
- Diet Generator
- Beyond Calories
- 10 Rules of Weight Loss
If you follow the diet generator diet, you are on an 11 day diet that involves eating 4 suggested meals with specific items daily. You can eat the four meals in the order you choose but you MUST follow the guidelines. This diet can have great results but some meals involve protein only meals, some have weird combinations and there are two fairly restrictive days called the
Fruit Day
and
Vegetable Day.
Here are some tips to help you cope:
Fruit Day
This day consists of 3 fruit meals and one sandwich (provided you choose the sandwich in your diet generator options)
Sample Fat Loss 4 Idiots menu:
1. Fruit salad for breakfast
2. Tomato soup for lunch (puree some tomatoes, some spices and some vegetable broth and warm)
3. Deli sandwich for dinner
4. Fruit for your evening snack
The Vegetable Day
Veggie day might seem a bit harder but really,there are more variety options in this day than the fruit day! Here are some suggestions:
1. Grilled/fried/roasted tomato + cheese for breakfast
2. Vegetable Chili
3. Spaghetti Squash dinner (great recipes can be found online for this dish that mimicks pasta without the calories. It's a delish veggie!)
4. Salad, stir fry, raw veggies,etc for a 4th meal
