My Coping With Break Up Pain Story

9 months ago I needed help coping with break up depression. After my girlfriend left me I was a complete mess. With my emotions running wild I made a lot of mistakes that made it impossible to live a normal healthy life. I asked my friends for advice in coping with break up depression but they could not. Putting down my girlfriend made things worse.

As I started to lean toward always being alone things got worse. At a desperate moment I bought a downloadable ebook online and learned that I was heading toward a dangerous path. Here are 3 tips straight from it's pages on learning the best ways of coping with break up pain.

Tip#1- Avoid Contact With Your Ex- I broke this rule several times and I wish I did not. Because I was an emotional wreck these conversations with my ex made me get a stalker label. I would call a couple times a day. I did this because coping with break up pain got to hard. I thought that by working it out with my ex I would feel better. Talking to her never made me feel better.

Tip#2- Get Out of The House- I sat at home and this made coping with break up pain worse. Even when I tried to not think about her I did. There was always something in plain sight that would remind me. This does not help when coping with break pain. I didn't start to get better til I got out of the house and got active. You should do the same.

Tip#3- Improve yourself- This is not for anyone else but yourself. When I was dumped my self esteem took a major hit. I felt the lowest I had ever felt. When your self esteem is low, coping with break up pain gets harder. I suggest that you workout, pick up a new hobby or go on a trip. Do something. Even if it's as small as going shopping. Boosting your self esteem and preoccupying your mind will help in coping with break up pain.

Once you have started coping with break up pain and are in control of your emotions step back and ask yourself the hard questions. If you feel that you truly want your ex back then take the proper actions. I suggest buying the Magic Of Making Up for some guidance. But please make sure that this is what your heart is truly telling before you do it.

Take care and good luck coping with break up pain.
