Bacon Wrapped Corn On The Cob
Here's a great way to prepare and cook fresh corn on the cob. You want to pull the husks back gently on each ear of corn and use a brush to remove all the silks. Now you want to soak your corn and husks in water for at least one hour before you proceed. Now once the corn and husks have soaked sprinkle each ear of corn all over with salt and black pepper and wrap a strip of bacon around each ear of corn. Pull your husks back up and tie the ends with cotton cooking thread that you have been soaking in water.
Place the ears of corn on the grill and roll often. Cook your corn over low heat until your corn is tender and the bacon is done. Serve a ear of corn for each person and I guarantee you that everyone will love bacon wrapped corn on the cob.
