You also need to be a team player, as you have to work in close co-operation with the flight deck crewmembers to assure conformity to the overall professional and congenial end product of service and the highest levels of safety of the passengers. A sense of commitment is thus the most important quality of a corporate flight attendant. You must also have the ability to anticipate before being requested.
Roles And Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of a corporate flight attendant is to ensure the safety of the passengers. Other responsibilities typically include table setting, napkin folding, plating and garnishing food, champagne presentation, galley and food safety, and interacting with the flight deck crewmembers to ensure safety. However, the responsibilities are not just limited to in-flight duties. A flight attendant has to perform pre-flight and boarding duties as well. The pre-flight duties may include acquiring information about the following:

Keen observation coupled with anticipation of requirements is essential for success.
