LEGALIZE MARIJUANA

as the war on drugs continues to rain havoc on are border stats, an our economy spins out of control we must now choose to finally face our "so called" moral grounds and look at what the "LEGALIZATION" of marijuana could mean to us all. If marijuana is worth billions of dollars each year to Mexican drug cartels could it not be worth even more to American citizens? I beleive that the approximately $50 billion dollars that this natural herb could provide the us economy at the very least deserves a fair consideration. This arthor beleives that, ( as the adult so of a 20 yr + cop) that many lives would be saved and countless police man hours would be redirected to more devasting crimes than locking up kids for possesion. Has anyone ever heard of someone dying from a weed overdose? It always makes me wonder how the same "Ultra-conservative", hacks that get behind the wheel after slamming down 5 martinis at happy hour or 6 "Pints" of Guiness while sitting in their "Lower level seats at the local Sports arena will climb in the saddle of the "HIGH-HORSE" and knock the guy that sits at home a smokes a dubie? Aren't these the same guys that kill thousands each year in countless DUI's.
