Plums, Rice and Green tea are very nourishing

Many people live on less than that.

I once lived a week or more eating lemons and drinking water, as that's all I could find to eat, and I had no choice and I survived. That was in Perth living in a land of plenty too. There are many people in the world who would appreciate the rice water. It is full of the goodness of the rice, especially if it is brown rice that is used.

You could also flavour the rice water with the plums for a variation if the diet was prolonged for a long time. I am not sure if this is to lose weight, or for fasting, or because that is all you are permitted to eat.

People who fast eat even less, and live on water alone.

The Bible fast lasts for 40 days...I am sure you could survive for that period or even longer with rice water. People have an amazing endurance, and like I said earlier, some people live on far less than that, and would be pleased to have 2 plums a day as well as the rice water.

Read Maos Blog on Yahoo Health about the benefits of Green Tea, and you have a very adequate diet here for a long time. Green tea is quite expensive and also very nutritious and full of many enzymes for good health.

You have selected three very nutritious items and I am sure you could live a very long time on just those three things, and be very healthy indeed.

How about 100 days? I am about to publish a series of hubs that documents just such an experience. Your opinions would be appreciated.
