Interesting article with good advice, but I think its important to point out that Social Phobia is not a personality disorder - according to the DSM IV it is actually an Axis I disorder. I only point this out because potential readers who suffer from this illness may be alarmed if they suddenly think they have a personality disorder! Decent article anyway though...
