Discover closely guarded secrets the experts don't want you to know

I'm sure you've heard the statement "Lifting weights will bulk women up". Well I have news for you that statement couldn't be any further from the truth. Hormonally women just don't have the right hormones to add muscle at a accelerated rate to be classified as bulking up.

The only way a Women could resemble bulking up is if she starts a strength training program where she adds a small amount of muscle or spares muscle which then elevates her metabolism.

We all know when your metabolism increases your appetite increases as well. This is a good thing. If you put healthy food back in your body. Your body will utilize the lean forms of protein to build muscle , complex carbohydrates for energy, and healthy fat for energy and hormonal balance.

Now on the other hand when her metabolism increases therefore her appetite increases and she puts junk food in her body this is a combination for disaster.

A lethal combiation of muscle and fat will in no time give you the bulky look. Muscle didn't give you the bulky look it's what she did at the dinner table that bulked her body up.

Remember when you initiate a strength training program you're adding metabolically active tissue(muscle) which will increase your appetite.Healthy food in your body will be utilized for vitamins, nutrients and proper functioning. Load your body with junk and you'll have a bunch of junk hanging from your waist line no matter how much you workout.
