Prosperity can mean different things to each of us. It may mean, for example, a new home, a higher income, a more fulfilling job, a meaningful love relationship, or an expanded awareness. To begin to understand the principle of prosperity, we must first recognize that it is our natural right to be rich, to lead an abundant life, to be successful, happy, and free. Our desire to be prosperous is a natural cosmic urge, a basic orientation to realize our unlimited, infinite self. One way to do this is through self hypnosis downloads.

There may be times when it seems as if the good we most desire is denied us by someone or some outer circumstance. What limits us, however, is our lack of awareness that God's presence within and around us is meeting our every need. We are the architects and builders of our life stories through our attitudes, ideas, and beliefs. We are getting out of life exactly what we think we deserve—nothing more, nothing less.

When we begin to attune ourselves to eternal creative energy, abundance begins to express itself in all areas of our lives. We are inherently predisposed toward achievement, success, and self-realization. It is only our fears and insecurities—conditional, destructive thought habits— that cause frustration and limit our expanded awareness.

Success is a pattern of thinking and may become a conditioned process within, just like any other habit. By allowing positive thought patterns to flow through our minds, we create a sense of wealth, harmony, and completeness, and our outer realities will be transformed accordingly.

We are learning to express our God Self and bring out our spiritual awareness into the physical realm—not the other way around. Acquiring lots of material goods or relationships cannot make us more spiritual.

True prosperity is the development of a consciousness of abundance. We tend to limit ourselves by thinking that wealth and success are solely physical. By tuning into our inner resources, we can tap the endless divine wisdom, guidance, inspiration, and source of all our needs. The more we work with these divine ideas, the more we will expand in our spiritual understanding.

The imagination is our bridge to God. It's our link to our true unlimited self. If we imagine ourselves as we desire to be, we will become it. This is our divine right. Our images of self determine our life's direction. If we don't like some aspect, we can change the image in our minds to reflect what we do like. See fat? Think thin. Feel poor? Think rich. Look old? Think young. And so on.

When thinking about how reality is created, we can realize that the very clothes we wear, our cars, our homes, our roads, our buildings, and our cities have had to be created through the right side of the brain first in order for left-brained people to build them.

So the imagination is the most powerful tool that we have. The saying, "As you think, so shall you be," is exactly correct. If we think that life is going to be a struggle, life will be a struggle. If we think, when we're undertaking a new project, "This will go easily and effortlessly," then it will go easily and effortlessly.

If we have a dream, we can create that dream. We create with our thoughts, words, and actions. If we want to be successful, but success is delayed, we must ask ourselves how we are blocking it. Maintaining high energy is very important for accomplishing our goals. If we're in a business, or starting a business, that isn't doing well, we should visualize clients pouring in the door. We need to keep our energy up by meditating daily, then see the goal, feel it in the mind's eye, and watch what happens. All we have to say as we do this is, "Prosperity is manifesting in my life now." We don't even have to believe it, and it doesn't matter if anyone else believes it either.

Prosperity Prerequisites

Here are some conditions to cultivate for increasing abundance:

  1. A sincere desire for inner change. Change negative programs from within first.
  2. Knowledge of universal law. An understanding that the nature of our beings is creative energy. We create our own realities.
  3. Self-honesty. We must honestly face our inner poverty programs to begin to discover our true inner wealth.
  4. Transformation of intellectual ideas into feeling. The intuitive self changes ideas into a living experience.
  5. Love of ourselves for having created every aspect of our present reality. We must see what positive lesson is there for us before trying to move on from our present experience.
  6. Remaining steadfast in our self-orientation. Persist in the daily reorientation of our minds and hearts to abundant living.
