Police performed a welfare check at the home of Frankie Brewster, who lied to the officer by saying she was the only one home ... a woman limped to the door and said "Help me"
The woman had been held for about a week at the Brewster mobile home, where the woman was tortured, sexually assaulted and forced to eat rat droppings."
