Croissant Dessert

Well my 3 grandchildren were here for 6 days and I had to come up with some sort of a quick dessert the night before they were leaving: here it is and they devoured it. :o)
Cut a croissant in half from the big side to the small ends
Spread some creamcheese on one side and I used homemade raspberry jam on the other side
Put it together and cut into 4 small pieces
Placed the 4 pieces on a dessert dish and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Well am alone now so have more time...and I do believe you would have liked this dessert. Yes I love doing all the things a homebody woman does. Cook, bake, canning, sewing etc. Jack of all trades and Master of none. Gotta go my rice pudding is done. G-Ma :o)hugs

Yummmmy yes G-ma.How do you manage it?I mean making everything on your own....You seem to love cooking.I would have devoured it if I was there.....hahaha.
