Electric Guitar Kits

In this article, I will introduce you to a few guitar kits, that you can build yourself, for a fraction of the cost of buying new.

These kits include everything you need to build a playable instrument. All holes are pre-drilled, electronic parts are assembled. Even a set of strings are included.

There are several kits for electric guitar styles, as well as a bass guitar, and an electric mandolin.

The only thing you need to add to these kits, is the finish. You can use paint, stains, etc., to get the desired color and shine on your finished instrument.

Easy to follow instructions are included.

My boyfriend is currently building the PRS style kit.  A rough throw-together before finishing took him 2 days, with only working on it an hour or two per day.  He wanted to make sure that all the holes are drilled in the proper places, and that the electronics work properly before he finishes the guitar with a tinted lacquer.  Translucent blue for color, and then a clear coat for protection and gloss.

The only adjustment he's needed to make was to raise the bridge up to set the action.  He's very pleased with the kit, and the results so far.

I must say I bought one of these kits and they are awesome! I will be buying another soon! If you haven't got one I would definitely not hesitate to buy from them they are super great to work with! Definitely would do business again!

Thanks, For the great service and quick shipping! Shawn
