We have your cooking set and love the way it cooks. However we are at a loss as to how to clean it wthout scratching or finding stains and residue when it drys.

I am interested in finding out what your response was to Raymond Panaia regarding how to clean pots without scratching or staining

I couldn't honestly tell you because I didn't hear what he said.

Sorry

For The Discerning Chef

I have owned a set of Cuisinart cookware for about ten years and can vouch for their durability and dependability. These pots have never failed me, which is more than I can say for other things that have come and gone in my life during the last decade (appliances, people, deals, the powers-that-be, etc). Cuisinart makes a huge range of cookware, which is classified under four broad categories: Chef’s Classic Stainless, Multiclad Pro, Non-Stick Hard Anodized and Non-Stick Stainless.

Objective online product reviews, especially concerning cooking products, are not that easy to come by and limited to one or two sources. Even though publications like Consumer Reports and women’s and cooking publications do product reviews, they are either not available online or are limited to the eyes of members/subscribers. Amazon.com and Epinions are the two main online outlets for product reviews available today.

Of the reviews available, Cuisinart Cookware gets a thumbs up. The pots heat quickly and evenly, and the handles stay relatively cool even at high temperatures (or under pressure, as they say). They can, however, become a bit warm when used for long periods of time. The Cuisinart Cookware is not only easy to clean, but also looks like brand new afterwards, every single time. They are sturdy pots but not overly heavy. All of the Cusinart pots have a shiny, polished, mirrored outside surface and a dull matte interior.

It should be said that some reviewers felt that Cuisinart should change the name of their line of cookware from stainless steel to “stain resistant.” Also, even though some utensils came with the set as a free offering, they were made of metal, and most reviewers felt that in order to preserve the quality of the Cuisinart Cookware, only wood or rubber utensils should be used. (So why did they send them along? Your guess is as good as mine.)

There is no question that the Cuisinart Cookware is a great deal for the money. These pots will be with you for even longer than you may want them to be if they are cleaned well and properly.

Order a set of Cuisinart Cookware today and cook yourself up a storm tomorrow!
