Custom Kitchen Cabinets: The Beauty of Small Kitchens

My brother does custom kitchen cabinets and other pieces of furniture for a living. He's really passionate about this stuff, so he aims of producing high quality furniture for his customers. Unfortunately, high quality attracts higher prices, at least when it comes to the kitchen cabinet hardware which is anything but cheap, if you want it to be good looking and functional.

The most frequent question he gets from people who find his furniture website and send him offer inquiries is whether they can save money by ordering custom kitchen cabinets instead of buying some ready-made ones. There is no right answer to this question, as it depends from where they buy that furniture. For example, if they buy unfinished kitchen cabinets from Ikea or from those bulk furniture warehouses, they may end up cheaper, while if they want a kitchen from Kika or Neoset, they'd have to pay more than if they ordered custom furniture from my brother's shop.

• You can see how everything looks before even spending any money, thanks to the computer simulations that are produced with special furniture design or drawing software. This is how you can make adjustments until you like the end result, without having to increase your budget for replacing this or that accessory you don't like anymore.
  

Skilled persons can choose unfinished furniture and make it look as they wish, but if you lack those skills, you'd better have the furniture manufactured and installed by somebody else, because the result would be much better.
