"No Contact" Rule

If you are looking to try and win back your girlfriend’s affections then you should look at the reasons to cut off contact with your ex to get her back. Although most men believe that chasing after a girl with massive bunches of flowers, huge boxes of chocolates and the largest soft and fluffy toy they can find is the best approach, they are actually wrong and although this depends on the woman involved, women love their space after a break up.

A girl needs time to sit with her friends, eat plenty of chocolate ice cream and generally moan about the guy they have just broken up with in order to get over the breakup.

If a guy tries to interrupt a girls breakup process, they will normally be met by a certain amount of hostility and will probably be shown the door by one of their exes many friends that are all rallying around her. This will, of course, make the guy look bad and he is then less likely to be able to rekindle the relationship.

If you are male and you are looking to win back your ex, give her time and space. Send them the occasional text message letting them know that you miss them and that you are still thinking of them but aside from that, leave them alone to wallow in self pity and moan about you before she finally decides to give the relationship another go.

This only works if you have a girl that does moan and wants self pity. Yeah, break ups are hard, but not all females respond this way. Although time may help anyone, it doesnt mean that we are crying and moaning about what happened.
