10. Booberry I love this one because it’s very “baby talk” which gets me every time. My boyfriend is a big, strong, tough-guy so it would be hilarious for him to call me that.

9. Bugga Boo I think this one is funny but it can also have a negative connotation as if I might be bugging him all the time.

8. Buns of Fun This one is great! I think I might actually call HIM that. If you saw my boyfriends backside you would completely understand.

7. Heffalump This is from Winnie The Pooh if you didn’t know. It makes me laugh but if I didn’t know what it was I would think my boyfriend is calling me fat or something.

6. Junk Butt OK, this one will definitely get you SLAPPED! I busted up laughing when I read this. I can’t believe someone actually likes this. This is NOT one of the cute names to call your girlfriend!

5. J.LO This is funny one for girls like me that have a lot of junk in the trunk. Much cuter and funnier than Junk Butt.

4. Lil Shawty This one isn’t quite my style but I guess If my man called me this it would definitely make me laugh.

3. Mushroom Head I really don’t understand this one (or maybe don’t want to) but it still makes me laugh.

2. Lumlums This one is one of my favorites that is funny but still sweet.

Cute names are important but I’ve received quite a few emails about what it takes to rekindle a relationship when only one of you seems to be making an effort. I know what it can feel like to feel like you’re trying very hard to make it work when your boyfriend or girlfriend just seems to be either content the way things are or just too lazy to make them better. So the question is what do you do in this situation? Should you confront the other person and ask them to change? Do you have to give them an ultimatum to change or you’re going to leave? Or is there another way entirely? Well, listen up boys and girls because I’m about to tell you what you need to do get back on the right track…

First let’s get rid of the whole idea of confrontation. I know it is the popular thing to do and the “gurus” will tell you that you have to confront your problems head on. While it’s true that you do need to confront the problem, you DON’T need to confront your partner. Read that last sentence again before you go on. Confronting your partner will only put them on the defensive whether you do it calmly or out of anger. A defensive partner in the relationship doesn’t do anybody any good and they may just tell you that they want out of the relationship right then and there. Is that what you really want? There is something that you need to do first before you sit down with them and have any sort of conversation on the subject. The first step in rekindling those old feelings, like you both had when you were first dating, is treating them the way you did when you were first dating. Simple isn’t it?

Now I know you’re probably thinking “Why should I have to put even MORE effort out when they aren’t putting any effort out?”. Well as someone very wise once said, “You can either be happy, or you can be right.” You choose. You first need to win back the love and affection of your partner. Then you can sit down and talk with them about your relationship. The great part is that if you follow my advice you usually won’t even have to! So where do you begin?

For the next 30 days I want you to treat your partner the way that you did when you first started dating, before either one of you had any obligation or commitment to the other. Treat them as if they were single and carefree and you wanted nothing more than to make them your lover. I know you had those feelings for them before, and if you felt that way once towards them, you can feel that way again. Every time you see them give him or her biggest hug you can with a huge smile on your face. Treat them the way you would want to be treated if you were them. Once you have done this for 30 days I bet you will see big change in your partners attitude and it will come because you are winning their love from them by treating them the very best you can. Most men and women will then automatically start returning the favor and treating you as you should be treated because you will have become more loveable yourself.
