Two nights ago while i was working on a night shift something came wrong.I work in a hotel as a receptionist,for our small city this is a very comfortable job,only at nights you getting a little bit tired because you cannot sleep.So a night like the others ,things happened like this.About midnight somebody called me to reserve a room ,which i did.He also told me to send him a taxi because he couldnt find any.So i did.About 20 minutes later while i was giving a room for some other clients,somebody came in holding a gun.I had some kind of panic, but not totally,i told him to put the gun away because other cliends could be scared alot.Strange,but he did,he hide it in his bag.I said myself,good Gus,now next move.I said to him i give you the room 308,and i started to format the key card,(my thought was to give him the room and then call the police),but things went wrong,he said thanks and run up to the floors with no key,i shouted him -come back your key-he said ok ok i know and he run up.I called the police which arrived no more than after 5 minutes,they start to search for him,but he was nowhere, i was sure he is in the hotel.About 10 minutes later another guy came down and asked for help,because somebody was in his room with a gun and kept his wife.............we all freezed...............now what???the police told me to turn off all the hotellights at the lobby,and called him to come down,he refused,and asked for a drink..............................about 15 minutes later we heard the lady hostage screaming but coming from the stairs.He said that he tried to do things to her but she escaped.......the guy was totally crazy..................now next move?..............The man while he tried to  catch the woman locked him self out from the room............he was naked and the gun inside ........this time we were lucky............the police arrested him very very easy.........the gun was empty........he was and ex millitary officer........I scared alot but i think i was enough calm at the danger spots.......................now the question is ..........how he went into the room with no key..........................He started to knocking all doors saying...open open this is the police.........somebody opened and things had like this.............but why while he was knocking the doors nobody called me to ask what is this?who is knocking?...................i think there is no comment for society and humans and solidarity and humanity.............itis over........we are in a city 20000 people........things like this getting part every 100 years,...........i imagine about...........L.A.,N.YORK,LONDON,PARIS...............................
