I want to publish this note for the importance and scale of investment that Europe intends to support. (400 billion)

Below is the document presented

I do not know how of you intend to energy transmission problems.
Raise the following questions, although the reasoning is more than just 2% of the sahara covered with solar concentrating can enough energy to the world.

For the law of Ohm and joule
P = Power Electrical
V = potential or voltage
I = electric current
R = resistance to the passage of current
The power dissipated in a resistive circuit increases, with increasing resistance, if the current intensity remains constant:
P = R * I2 (where I2 is the square of I): the law of Joule.
To maintain I constant, if the resistance grows, increasing proportionally the voltage: V = R * I: the law of Ohm.
Summarized.
The plant in the sahara produces electrical current I at a certain potential V, to get this in Europe through the desert, the sea and arrives in Italy and Spain where it connects to existing facilities.
Pipelines and cables are where R is the energy dissipates in the square than I.
To reduce the losses we act on 'raising V (high voltage)
1) The existing plants in Spain and Italy are sized to be crossed by the current necessary to serve the Europe?
2) How much energy is consumed in the thousands of miles to the crossing?
3) As this energy cost since the investment and the huge losses?
One answer lies here:

Approximately twice a coal-fired power.
If the cables were all of superconducting material is then the R lower values close to zero  dissipation negligible, less thick cables, more durable, etc etc etc.
Unfortunately, from what I know there is still a superconducting material at room temperature, but always at temperatures much below freezing.
But I say 400 billion, imagine that the Beghelli solution advertised in my notes:

costs about € 2000, you could give 200 million households that produce such a cumulative power and networking of 30 Giga Watt, almost as a modern nuclear power + savings due to the 200 million families that do not require more energy .
