Do u Copy My Hubs - Then Read Guidelines

If you are copying my hubs and using it on your Websites then you have to read this. Everyone can copy the photos in my hubs and use it in their Websites or download it in computer. But, let me ask you - What is the use of copying the entire article including the text or words that i have written. Who will benefit, no one benefits if you use the same content copied. and the hosting company of your website can delete your site if a Copyright Violation Notice is send to them. Then you will lose the hosting charges you have paid to such companies and if you are using any advertising company for earning money then they will also take strict actions as it is against their guidelines.
If you want to take photos from my hubs or link to it, you are Free to do it. But you should use a new title and description without copying the same words from my hubs. Please use new content , without getting Lazy and thinking that you can make money. By just simply searching in google i can easily find all copied hubs. And in the last week i contacted such 7 website owners and 3 of them agreed to remove all copied text and that they will type in their own words. 2 people have not yet responded and another 2 are saying that they own the content themselves and it is not mine.
Let me say one thing, Hub Pages does not display the date of a published article, it does not mean it is not available. The author and the hosting company and the internet authorities has access to such data and it is easy to identify which was the first published article , even if you hide the date and time in your website. Everything that is published in the Internet has evidence.
Even the Comments section in Hubpages have IP Address locator and i have many times seen hubbers and non hubbers leave threatening comments without knowing that the author has access to IP address of every comment made in Hubpages.
From now on i will not be contacting anyone, if i find anyome simply reproducing my content without any change , i will be directly filing complaint, as your activities has led to reduction of traffic to my Pages and each of you will be liable to pay for the loss for the same. Your address details or credit card information you gave for making payment to the hosting companies will be given by them to the authorities when a petition is send to them.
I am again repeating my words, everyone can use the photos published in my hubs, but, no one has the authority to reproduce the content or text that i have written in the hubs.
All website owners who had previously copied hubs are hereby advised to change the title and content to your own words as soon as possible.

I absolutely agree with you Shinu and support you to the hilt. We work round the clock to get exclusive material make it catchy and attractive to get attention and just when we start achieving that along come a bunch of jerks wanting to steal the fruits of our labour and then the jokers actually behave as though they are right.Strick action is required to teach them a lesson.
The basic rule of the game is if you want to eat the seet fruits then learn to labour for it and not steal it from others. Is that asking for too much?

I became really angry when i saw one site using my entire hub without any change and displaying a copyright notice in it and that guy has also disabled right click and copying of images from his website, making it solely his property. He should have shared the photos with others as they are under Equal Rights Reserved.
I could not understand how can he steal content and display a copyright notice beneath them.

I don't have a website to copy anything to, but I'm wondering what the purpose of someone doing this would be? Are they making money off of it somehow, or do they just want people to think they are a good writer? How do you find webpages where your stuff has been copied?

It is easy to find out by searching for the first 1 or 2 lines from any page in google search or yahoo search to find out the duplicates of any hubs
Wow thats great. Nice use of images. Really it seems very bad when one copy your content. I can't understand the logic behind copy n paste. When people can use your mind in finding a good article, disable its link, change the image info etc. why don't they use their head to write an original one. Also when it includes a risk of being caught and face embarrasement.
Plagarism is a big problem all across the web, not just at hubpages. It is not easy to write good content but we need to find a better way to stop those that rip off the hard work of others.
Copying photos from other websites to use on your hub isn't any different than people copying your content to use on websites. Photos are copyright just the same. Not that it stops people.
All photos are not copyrighted, there are photos that are shared as per equal rights, in which if we take photos from others, we are to allow others also to use those photos. But i have seen some people taking pics from my hubs and disabling right click in their sites to prevent others to use those pics. It is a violation of rules. There are many such people in my fan club and so i have prepared this hub.
And none of the photos i use are copyrighted, they are only watermarked, copyright and watermark have different meanings. Copyright is done for a persons own work and watermarking is done to advertise their own website address. As longs as i give free advertising to other webistes through my hubs, they will not mind it as they can see from google analytics that immediately after visiting my hub, most people will type the address of site given in the photo to see more photos. this really helps them as i help to redirect lot of my visits to them.
Mdvaldosta I have read all your hubs and i have seen that you have linked to some of my hubs also. Thanks for giving me a backink. Because people are always willing to read controversial hubs and visit the link in it. I am hoping that search engine traffic also flows to me.

Hai, Indiangirlsphotos, i really don't have any problem if you use the photos i upload. I am very glad that you came forward and told that you will try to make changes to the earlier copied text.
I would request all my friends to,
"Please Avoid copying the entire words as it will really disappoint me and will not benefit anyone as the search engines don't like duplicate content. You can write one paragraph or two on your own words and use the pictures and get more unique traffic and content"
