Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown
46Da Vinci Code is the breath-taking novel that everybody urged me to read two years ago - yeah I may be one of the latest person on the planet to have read it :) - because I didn't feel like reading it more than any other novel (as for the film I didn't even see it yet.
Well, I must say it was entertaining but far from being a great piece of literature. It wasn't his first novel since he wrote it after Angels and Demons who became successful only after Da Vinci Code became famous. This demonstrates that the success of Da Vinci Code is more due to the theme of the book than to the real talent of his author.
I think that Da Vinci Code success is mostly due for its polemic about Religion which is in the trend to be attacked. Who can still believe in Jesus as savior of the world ? Not me, not many of you and with Dan Brown's novel less and less people.
But I suspect Dan Brown's novel is just part of the design of our globalist leaders to bring down an outdated Religion with a more modern and sustainable Humanism (see "What is the substitute for Religion in Modern World ?").
