The second factor is the ability to coordinate. Good communicability is essential here. The best way to lay his ideas to be understood by other people working with hime. For instace the people supplying the raw materials, facilities as well as the machineries need to kick start the work. Lack of good communication between the entrepreneur and the suppliers could jeopardise the time taken to finish the work and at the same time give a low quality end product.

Then lastly,ability to mobilise.He must be able to treat others the way he espects them
to treat him.Been unnecessary tough to workers at site may to be good for the business.
This is crucial to establish one big happy working environment.

It is important that these three factors are maintained, short of any one of them is deadly for the business. If he fgot to think, then he needs to think properly, if he got to act, the needs to acts properly. During his daily activites, he must make sure his acts are according to plans. Acts must be done with passion and charisma.
