Dancing With The Stars – Season 9, Episode 11 – Week 5 Results Show
60
I just need to take a moment to say that one of the coolest things about this season is getting a peek at the sweet fatherly side of Ozzy. He was adorable in the footage they showed of him with Kelly last night dealing with her injured ankle.
The repeat performance for tonight was Donny & Kym. YAY! I really enjoyed their Argentine Tango the first time and thought it was even better the second time with no fear of bad scores.

They showed a clip of Louis Van Amstel and Monique Coleman from Season 3 dancing a Samba to “ABC,” with a brief clip of Louis talking about Michael Jackson.
Musical Performance
Norah Jones performed “It’s Gonna B”e from her new album. She has such a pretty voice. She was joined by two couples dancing a mix of styles.

Musical Performance
Norah Jones sang her second song of the night, “Come Away with Me.” I love this song! Performing with her were Anne Trebunskaya & Jonathan Roberts, their dance was really beautiful. Apparently the song was Anna & Jonathan’s wedding song, how sweet! No wonder they looked so happy while dancing.
MJ Tidbits
They showed clips of Michael’s family and some of the pros talking about Michael.
Remaining Two Couples Results
Louie & Chelsie – Safe
Melissa & Mark – In Jeopardy (So dumb to have 4 couples in jeopardy, just announce the bottom 2!)
MJ Tidbits
They showed more clips of Michael’s family and some of the pros talking about Michael.
Macy’s Stars of Dance
Tonight the pros performed a tribute to Michael Jackson. The performance was introduced by Latoya Jackson who said a few brief words about her brother. The first song was “I Want You Back” with Mark, Derek and Karina dancing. The second song was “Man in the Mirror” with Chelsie, Dmitry, Tony (I think it was him), Lacey, Maks and Edyta. The final song was Thriller which started off with Cheryl & Louis and ended with everyone doing the “Thriller dance.” It was pretty cool overall—it was just a struggle for me because it was done so long after he passed that it seemed a bit out of place.
Results for the Couples In Jeopardy
Melissa & Mark – Safe
Joanna & Derek – Safe
Aaron & Karina – In Bottom 2
Natalie & Alec – In Bottom 2
The judges seemed very surprised by who was in the bottom 2, I am surprised too.
Eliminated—Natalie & Alec
Design-a-Dance
I thought we were supposed to find out tonight who was selected as the pro. I guess not, either that or I fast forwarded through it.
Next week is a double elimination, and apparently that is when the dance off comes in to play.
