Chatting on a cell phone when operating an automobile is a risky task. Doing anything other than driving while your on the road, takes away from your ability to drive. It can be scary driving without putting more risk into the equation.

Are you using your cell phone and cruising at the same time? Talking on a cell phone causes 25% of car accidents in America. Cell phones are now more popular then ever before.

States and provinces are begging to make laws against this deadly combo. If you need to, you can turn off your cell phone before getting behind the wheel. Some believe it is safer to talk to your passenger than to someone on a wireless phone. Will a fine or fee make you stop talking on your cell phone?

On a Smart Phone, texting is a much simpler task. Texting on your phone while driving though, is allot harder. Wireless phones are awesome, but we need to draw the line somewhere.
