Dangers Of The Bathroom Scale
51
Many of us don’t care about how much we weigh as long as our clothes are fitting the way that they should. Then there are others of us who obsess over it and feel the need to check how much we weigh on a daily basis. Going up even one or two pounds is something that is not allowed and we check ourselves to make sure that we fix it when it happens.
But sometimes the bathroom scale that we use is inaccurate and will give us a false reading. Some might be too low while others might be too high. When it comes to choosing a scale that is dead on accurate you have to be very picky and spend a little money.
One of the best types that I think people should get is the digital type that is able to tell you now just how much you weigh - but also the percentage of water and fat that is in your body. They use your age and height to calculate it all.
This will let you know if you are losing weight the proper way. If your body fat percentage is low then you are doing something wrong and need to find a way to put some of the fat on or to turn it into muscle. Fat is necessary!
