"The Cosby Show" reunion of David Cassidy
62I Can Feel Your Heartbeat
On the February 12 Oprah Winfrey show, they recreated an exact replica of that famous Cosby Show living room - where the Huxtables entertained us for so many years. The Cosby kids stop by for a reunion (minus Lisa Bonet, who just had a baby): Sabrina Le Beauf (Sondra), Malcolm-Jamal Warner (Theo), Tempestt Bledsoe (Vanessa), Keisha Knight Pulliam (Rudy) and Raven-Symone (stepgrandaughter Olivia)
David Cassidy was on the show, promoting his new album: "David Cassidy Dance Party Remix." Cassidy, along with producer Craig J, created club-rocking remixes of Partridge Family classics, such as "Come On Get Happy," "I Think I Love You" and "I Can Feel Your Heartbeat." She hopes to follow in the footsteps of her favorite player, Candace Parker. Parker, who plays for the University of Tennessee, and, according to Wikipedia, was the first woman to dunk in an NCAA tournament game and the first woman to dunk twice in a single collegiate game. She is uniquely versatile, and can play either center, forward, or guard. She helped the Lady Volunteers of Tennessee University gain the 2007 NCAA title, and will make a big splash should she decide to play in the WNBA after college. Should Griner continue to work hard and develop a more versatile game, there is nothing stopping her from becoming as good, if not better, than her sports idol.
With the constant media frenzy surrounding today's troubled pop stars - capturing them partying hard, getting into car accidents, going to court, checking in and out of rehab; it's a miracle that any of them come out with their head on straight.
For actor Willie Aames, a VH1 "Celebrity Fit Club 2" contestant, who also starred in "Swiss Family Robinson," "Eight Is Enough" and who's most recognized for his role as Buddy Lembeck - Scott Baio's comedic sidekick in "Charles in Charge," - his story isn't much different.
