Day 2

For those of you that missed it, I am blogging about my daily routine of diet and exercise in an attempt to lose some weight for the summer. I recently ordered some Stacker 2 online, and it arrived in the mail yesterday, so I'm excited about that. I will be adding that to my intake schedule.

Once again, I will be updating this throughout the day with each development.

Intake

B-2 scrambled eggs w/ pieces of ham

1 slice of wheat toast w/ butter

1 cup of tea w/ cream & sugar

I am sure you will lose weight just fine by eating proper portions, with exercise.

I am sure you can keep your cream, sugar, and toast with butter and reach your goals. But if you really want to zip it off fast, just trying to help, here is my opinion:

Cream & sugar in your tea? Tea helps to boost your metabolism - but adding cream and sugar to it just makes is fattening.

And the butter on the toast? Two things here. If you really want to zip off the weight fast, replace the toast altogether with some tomato slices, or a fruit serving of 80 calories or less. Even tomato juice.

You will eat less carbs, not to mention getting rid of something that you are putting butter on, which is 100% fat.

If you can't ditch the bread, atleast replace the butter with some fat free cream cheese or a very small amount of no sugar added jam.

And about those 'stackers'. A lot of ingredients are in them, but it really is not anything more than a caffeine pill. If you like coffee and tea, save your money.

Drink coffee and tea (black, no cream, no sugar) throughout the day.

Of course, along with a lot of WATER.

Great job losing weight is a hard thing, but for me it is the excersing part that is hard for me. I do them but they are hard. So good luck I am sure you will do a great job.
