Day 4 of 19 Day Baha'i Fast

All Baha'is try to carry out a pilgrimage to the Baha'i Holyland located in Haifa Israel. My wife and I were able to go in January of 2005. The picture to the right is of some flowers in one of the many gardens in the Holyland. The Pilgrimage is nine days long. The pilgrim visits all the Holy sites and meets with other pilmgrims from all around the world. It was an amazing experience for both my wife and I.

The fast today was little more difficult than the first three hungerwise, but at the same time more interesting. Today's quote is below:

O SON OF SPIRIT! My first counsel is this: Possess a pure, kindly and radiant heart, that thine may be a sovereignty ancient, imperishable and everlasting.
