Almost five years now since I entered the company where I am staying. Yet, no increase aside from government wages increase orders was given to me. However, I am still here. Nothing changed, except for the people. For almost five years, I have already serve three departments through reshaffling of employees; been from investigation that I first took in, to Inspectorate.. and now been working for the Executive Director.
In every company, there is really the one that you will hate. And this is the, "hypocrites." To be able to be on the job, you must learn how to properly deal with hypocrites.
Dealing with hypocrites, not necessarily means you yourself is acting on it. For some reasons you will just learn to be deal with this kindof person because you needed the job and you do not want to be affected with his hypocrism. Things like that.
Nowadays, this seems to be the latest trend among employees of corporate worlds: Dealing with hypocrites in a professional way. The art of making untrue and befriending a person you hate for the sake of his or her either insecurity, personal grudge, or maybe he or she might wanted to get this person's popularity. We wouldn't know.
The best traitor/s in the company that I am staying, practices hypocrism. We'll never know, in time, they will soon find their match.
But, I am not practicing it. It's just that, I love my job and as far as I'm concern, I am not... just learning how to deal with it.
It's a trend!

There are hypocrites, even among our own family and relatives(especially in joint-families).I had a tough time dealing with them.A kid has to deal with hypocrisy when after one of his parent leaves for heaven and the other parent gets remarried after sometime.That is the worst part of being among the ones who become victims of hypocrites.But you have to be really smart as you are also responsible to not to hurt or spoil the life of he only parent you have.And if you are a teenager as I am,you will really have a tough time now or I wold rather say a difficult life.

Hypocrits, what the hec are theyy. My definition to this word, is two faced phoney. It is hard to deal with someone of this nature, especially if you were taught to be honest and straight forward. My experience with these type of people is to basically ignore the, or of propmted have small insignificant small talk, or just yes them to death. Thanks for listening Wendy
