Its God's gift that you are born in a rich family. Also, you have no control over death but you're responsible largely to choose mode of death. This is for the reason that top causes of death differ from country to country, region to region and place to place. Top causes of death are mostly site-specific. Life style, eating habits, socials customs, pollution, availability of food (fast foiod, junk food, veg, Non-veg etc) all influence the occurance of diseases in a particular environment or eco-system. That's the reason, developed and developing countries have different causes of death as the top causes. In developed countries deaths due to road accidents, tuberculosis etc are relatively less but these are major causes of death in developing countries due to poor road conditions, negligence for traffic rules, unavailability of nutritional diet. Poor quality of drinking water, lack of proper drainage faciiities and unhygeinic conditions are responsible for sizeable deaths due to Malaria and diarrhea etc.
Developed countries:
- Heart disease: As per reports, on
an average, there is one death every 37 seconds in USA due to heart disease and stroke. More than 25 % of deaths due to heart disease are caused due to hypertension.
- Stroke: Hypertension is learnt to cause more than 50 per cent of the deaths due to stroke.
- Lung cancer

- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

I agree Anjali with your views but there are choices to avail or not avail these technological driven comforts. However, all these things become necessity after some time. Thanks for the wise comments.

I wonder sometimes if all the scientific and technological advancements made by man, in order to live comfortably, are gradually and silently pushing him to Death.
