75What is Debbie Siebers Story?
Debbie has always had a lively lifestyle, when she was in high school she was a gymnast and a cheerleader, and although she was active as a young person she had a terrible eating habit. She was a sweets lover, and it did not help that she grew up in a family with eight children, where her mom made enough brownies, pies, and cookies to feed a whole nation. She had no discipline when it came to eating, she at whatever she wanted.
Just like everyone else, those eating habits eventually caught up to her after she became a lifeguard where she sat around on her butt all day. She gained 20 pounds that summer, because her active lifestyle stopped but her eating habits did not. After that Debbie did not know what to do with herself, she was always in great shape, but now her figure was gone. Debbie fell into a dangerous routine of being unhappy and frustrated, which led to her eating even more, she became a compulsive overeater. She felt lost like she could never get out of her bad habits, she hated the way she looked, she hated her clothes, and she hated the way she felt. She found herself spiraling down without any control, and worst of all she could not motivate herself to do anything different.
Debbie ended up moving from Wisconsin to Los Angeles, it was there where she joined weight watchers and started to learn how to eat correctly, she lost 12 pounds quickly. Even though she was in the right direction, she still felt a pull to her old eating habit, running to food for comfort.
She then finally made the decision to get her life straight, so she went to the gym and started exercising. Debbie immediately started feeling better about herself, and felt more motivated to eat healthier because she taking care of her body. Instead of feeling like she was falling down into an abyss, she felt like she was finally on the rise for the first time in years. Being physically active, she felt more energized and more in control of her body. She felt so great is was at that moment when she desired to have a career in fitness. It was at the same gym where she became a personal trainer and went to work for Body-bu Jake, where she trained celebrities. Debbie finally broke out over her terrible eating routines and being overweight.
Since 1988, Debbie Siebers has been involved with fitness and in 1998 she released her own workout video called "Thin Thighs Guaranteed!" The workout video became a success, which led her to do more videos and inspired her to do Slim in 6.

You may have heard of Debbie Siebers, for 20 years now she has been working in the business of fitness and training. She is a certified member of the largest fitness education association in the world called the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), and has helped many of her clients get rid of the stubborn fat that has plagued them for years, through her routines that she has developed over the years.
When Debbie Siebers first broke out on the scene in personal training, she was working with Body-by-Jake. Body-by-Jake was a huge hit for fitness training in the entertainment business. Since then Debbie Siebers has worked with numerous of companies, companies like Crunch, Meridian Sports Club, Powerhouse Gym, Todd Tramp's Body Sculpting Gym, and a chain of luxury hotels. Debbie has also made appearances on some television Programs, like Body-by-Jake, Fitting It In, E!, CNN, and other television networks.
