Decorating Christmas trees with wired ribbon
80Well you can decorate the Christmas tree to have different look each time you see by simply changing the style of the ribbon you decorate around the Christmas tree. There are a lot of ways you can decorate with ribbon. The favorite one is to start decorating from the top of the tree. The work will be easy if the tree is shorter. “Wired ribbon is the key” as always as said by someone. Before starting to decorate the Christmas tree from the top it will be convenient to put some six chairs depend upon the width, around the tree so that it will be easy to move around with the ribbon.
Start by wrapping the ribbon twice or thrice interiorly then circle through the chairs to work downwards. Fix the ribbon to the tree in a zigzag way and also twist when encountering a branch and work accordingly. When you are about to finish with winding the ribbon you have started with, just stick the end of the ribbon to the nearest branch. Do remember about the place where you last ended up with, so that you can start a new ribbon from there. When finally finished with winding the ribbon, make easy bows with that ribbon. Usually, I used to have a couple of dozens of ribbons for my 10 foot tree.
With the bows made, you can place these in the starting and finishing point of the ribbon. Also with these bows, you can save the ribbon which you are winding around the tree. Use the extra bows which remain after all these in the areas of the tree where you think your tree is thinner. You can also go for decorating the tree with big “banana curls”. For making 10 big curls, you are supposed to use around eight rolls of the ribbon.
To make the curls first wrap the ribbon around a broom stick or something for circling all the ribbon. Once finished with the wrapping, then gently remove the ribbon from the broom stick and hold to the end of the ribbon. Now get into one of a chair around the tree, hold the ribbon on the top and let go of it.
Fix to the tree the tighter one and the other end which has big curls fall to the ground. Similarly, do the same thing on all sides of the trees with equal gaps. When you are finished with all the pieces do secure all the pieces tightly on the top of the tree in their start. Then come down and trim at the bottom of the curls so that all the curls finish at the same level. To cover the place where all the pieces are fixed together, place a small bow made from the same material. HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!
