There is something new called the Def Jam Diet (DJD). I just read about it awhile ago and it seems Beyonce and some other celebrities are into this.

Is this a new form of diet from the tables of our celebrities. The Huffington Post asked it's readers if they knew anything about this "diet".

It's still kind of a rumour, but on the other hand this is how the creation of new brands and products begin. I won't be surprised if the Def Jam Company decides to actually start creating their own brand of diet products.

I reall just think it just a diet or weight loss traing routine suggested to artiste on the label. Maybe it involves eating certain foods to hip hop music, which is what the famous music label is best known for.

Anyway we'll keep watching out for more information about this new "diet"...it might just be the next big thing out there in the fitness world.

This might have worked for some of them, but I don't see this music company becoming a fitness or weight loss company in the near future...but then you never know...never say never.
