Crab and Corn Soup

Serves up to 4 four persons

It’s easy and delicious

Ingredients

1 to 2 packet of Crab & Corn Soup mixture (product by Knorr). If not available add more corn stach.

4 medium or large size green crabs

2 pcs medium size squids

1/2 can of 7UP (softdrinks).

2-3 medium size chicken eggs

1 litter of water

1 medium size carrot

100 grams of broccoli flower

50 grams of short green beans

50-100 grams of green cabbage

2-3 stalks of celery

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 medium size red onion (optional)

2-3 Fresh white or sweet corn hob is better, cut with scratching pattern with sharp knife. (4 Tablespoon of corn start fresh corn is not available)

20-40 grams of Dark Yellow Chedar cheese. chop into cubes

Preparation;

- Cut into fine pieces the celery, cabbage,and green beans about 3 mm (3/16inch) thick is good, cut carrot into strips of about 50mm (2inches)

cut the broccoli as desired

Clean and cut into ring shape the squid (as shown on picture). Remove the plastic like strip and the black ink inside squid. Wrap them in aluminum foil then put on top of crab when cooking them.

Clean thoroughly, the crabs and boil them with 7UP cook them in meium heat until the 7UP dried up (but don't burn them) set aside.

Dissolve the packet of Crab & corn mixture into a liter of water into deep covered caserole, then bring to boil at medium heat stirring occasionally and reducing it to low upon boiling stirring occasionally to avoid sticking at the bottom of caserole. Cut the crabs into 2 pieces, in the middle having claw each part. Then put then in the boiling coup along with squid rings and onion and cheese. When the soup becomes sticky add the vegetables, upon boiling add the beaten eggs and broccoli bring it it to boiling stirring occasionally. Dash with black pepper!

Serve with French Baguette bread or your preferred bread! Enjoy!
