I love cooking chili and I love finding new and exciting recipes for chili that are delicious , quick , and easy. And here is one of those delicious quick and easy recipes for chili for everyone to enjoy. And this recipe for homemade chili is really easy to make and oh so delicious.

The first time I saw this recipe it had a few differnt ingredients but over time I worked at making it into a recipe that was quick and easy to make and everyone that tried it said wow this is great chili.

For your chili recipe you will need.

1. 1 Pound Ground Pork.

2. 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef.

3. 1 Cup Fine Chopped Purple Sweet Onion.

4. 1 Cup Fine Chopped Green Bell Pepper.

5. 2 Regular Size Cans Kidney Beans.

6. 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder.

7. 1 Tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper.

8. 1 Teaspoon Salt.

9. 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper.

10. 1 28 Ounce Can Diced Tomatoes.

11. 8 Cups Canned Beef Broth.

12. 1 6 Ounce Can Tomato Paste.

Start off by browning your meats and while they are browning saute your onions and bell peppers. Once your meats are brown drain well and place in large stock pot. Add your onions , peppers and the rest of your ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce your heat to medium. Let cook for at least 2 hours on medium stirring often.

When you are ready to serve your chili place each serving into a bowl where you have added a heaping tablespoon of grated cheddar cheese. Top each bowl of chili with a tablespoon of sour cream and fresh chopped parsley. Serve with corn bread for a extra tasty treat.

And now you have created one of the best chili's you will ever eat. The flavor of this chili is just great. I use McCormick Chili Powder but you can use your favorite brand of chili powder.
