If you've never made meat loaf and your looking for a delicious meatloaf recipe then you can't go wrong with this delicious meat loaf recipe.

For Your Recipe You Will Need.

1. Two Pounds Of Ground Beef or Ground Chuck.

2. Two Eggs.

3. One Purple Sweet Onion Chopped Fine.

4. One And A Half Cups Fine Italian Bread Crumbs.

5. One Teaspoon Each Salt , Black Pepper and Cayenne Pepper.

6. Four Tablespoons Brown Sugar.

7. Three Tablespoons Yellow Mustard.

8. One Half Cup Of Ketchup.

You will want to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees.

You will now want to combine your meat , onion , eggs , salt , black pepper , and cayenne pepper and the bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix together well and when you have it well mixed put your mixture into a large loaf pan that you have sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Pat your meat loaf down well in the pan to make sure it is tightly packed in the pan.

In a small bowl combine and mix your brown sugar , mustard and ketchup and when well mixed pour it in the loaf pan over the top of the meat loaf. Now you will want to bake for one hour at 350 degrees and you should have one of the most delicious meatloaf's you will ever eat.

Be sure that if you do a lot of baking to buy yourself a good oven thermometer so you can see the really true temperature in your oven.  That way if you set your dial to 350 degrees but your oven really gets to 365 degrees you can adjust the dial to get the right and proper temperature. Also remember that the top portion of your oven is always the hottest part.
