You've heard about the latest craze in the health world: detox foot pads. These pads are a supposed hero cure for getting rid of toxins, heavy metals, and other nasty things out of your body.  Manufacturers of these products claim that by simple application of the pads to your feet overnight will give you healthier body and renewed energy.  The proof of the pads "power" is through the discolored material of the pads after removing them from your feet when you wake up.  As with anything hyped, remember that what is claimed may not always be what you'll get.  While the phrase "detox foot pads scam" can be passed around lightly from skeptics, with proper research, we can come to a conclusion ourselves.

What are Japanese Detox Foot Pads?

Detox pads are manufactured using formulas rooting from ancient Japanese and other Asian cultural medicine.  Using many alternative medicines, herbs, and ingredients, the pads are designed to pull the waste and toxins through your skin.  The concept behind detoxifying foot pads is reflexology, which believes that the organs are interconnected through the feet.  The waste, toxin, and poisons passing through these organs pool in the feet where products, like the detox pad can be designed to suck them out.

Much of the hype around these pads may really just be: "hype" (if the research and investigation prooves true). But to be fair, many of the skeptics only tried these pads for a night and real detoxifying results would actually take a period of weeks or months. Plus, I've read "hand in the air" testimonials that detoxifying foot pads, like the ones in the video actually work.  The people giving the testimonials aren't what you would define as a "nut" or gullible and you have to definitely take their opinion into consideration.

Another thing I've noticed when researching detox pads are the people giving negative reviews only used the product once or twice, whereas the people giving the product positive reviews have been using the pads for more than a few weeks.  So in the end, you have to decide which side you should believe.  And if you're still unsure if you should try them or not, why not buy some and find out.  The best opportunites are often those that are passed up so if you think they can help you--don't pass.
