Detoxing Your Body For Today And Your Future
You might be wondering what is different about our world today from times past and how all this has to do with learning how to detox your body. Well, it has to do with the way our food gets to our stores and finally into our bodies. The old tradition of the local farmer growing all the produce and then bringing it to market has been largely replaced with the commercial food industry and large corporate farming practices. Even other supposedly ‘green practices’ of sealing our homes can create unhealthy problems with indoor air quality issues. It isn’t a trade off, it just needs to be addressed because our lungs filter the air in our body and are a large source of detoxing within the body.
