65Detoxing Your Body For Today And Your Future
You might be wondering what is different about our world today from times past and how all this has to do with learning how to detox your body. Well, it has to do with the way our food gets to our stores and finally into our bodies. The old tradition of the local farmer growing all the produce and then bringing it to market has been largely replaced with the commercial food industry and large corporate farming practices. Not only do they produce more nutrient rich foods (*scientists are split on this idea) but they also cause less damage to the environment through helping to maintain a sustainable soil structure. And this is just referring to the foods that we are eating. What about the other pollutants in our environment?
This Is Where It Is Important To Know How To Detox Your Body
Even other supposedly ‘green practices’ of sealing our homes can create
unhealthy problems with indoor air quality issues. It isn’t a trade
off, it just needs to be addressed because our lungs filter the air in
our body and are a large source of detoxing within the body. So, we
need to keep such things in mind as we detox in many ways, not just
through the diet. Now, a detox diet is not a bad thing, it just needs

supplement because it will cause you to lose other metals from your

detox process. Mainly, in order to detox your body, you will be eating
organic fruits, vegetables and drinking lots of pure water. This will
