Dexter is an award-winning American television channel Showtime, displayed since 2006 in the United States, and since 2007 in Brazil by Brazil FX, and FX for Portugal Portugal.
The series is based on the book Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay, and tells the story of Dexter Morgan, a serial killer who works as a forensic expert analyst dispersion patterns of blood in the police department of the Miami-Dade. Dexter is played by Michael C. Hall.

His work actually serves to hide his true occupation, the serial killer, which is to kill those who managed to escape the police.
