Diamond Bar Personal Trainer gives 3 fat loss tips to help shed inches from problem areas

Summer is just about over, and bathing suits are being stored away until next summer. You did a great job of getting in shape this summer,  you wore your favorite bathing suit, everything was great.

Now is no time to stop your training program. You worked hard in the gym don't let your hard work go to waste.  Here's 3 fat loss tips to burn fat all year long.

1. Strength Training- If you were in great shape this summer chances are you were strength  training to get in shape. If you did great choice. Strength training adds a valuable commodity to your body, and that's muscle. Muscle is metabolically active tissue meaning it elevates your metabolism which means more calories burned ie more fat burned. Muscle also tones your body giving you curves in all the right places so clothes look and feel better.

2.  Small Frequent Meals-  Yes, you  must eat more nutritious food to weight less. I  know it doesn't make sense, but it's true. Your body senses a lack of food and will hoard calories instead of burn them. Especially if you're involved in an exercise program which expends additional calories your metabolism will come to a screeching halt and you will actually start gaining weight on less calories. Don't let this happen to you eat small healthy meals through out the day and your metabolism will stay elevated and burn fat consistently.

3. Bootcamp Fitness- If you need some help with an exercise program bootcamp fitness programs are a great way to get started. Bootcamps are small to medium size classes with anywhere  from  8 to 15 people in  each class. Each class is designed to help  tone your body burn body fat, get energized and feel great. The motivation is amazing because you have other people sweating right along with you going for the same goals. The price of bootcamps are very reasonable anywhere from 12 bucks to 9 bucks a workout. A personal trainer can set you back about $40 to $50 bucks a workout. So if you're looking for some great instruction with a ton of motivation give  bootcamp a try.
