Learn Women's Fitness Tips to Burn Fat Permanently

I'll start off by saying, if losing fat was easy then everybody would be walking around looking exactly as they would like to. The easy part is- There's only two things to focus on Exercising regularly and eating right. The hard part is the discipline it takes to adhere to both nutrition and exercise.

Here are 3 Women's Fitness Tips to help burn fat and tone your body.

1. Goal Setting- Things in life are much easier to attain with the direction of goals I'm sure you've heard the saying  "Life without goals is like a ship without a shore. The ship just keeps on sailing without any direction and is lost.

The same can be said for you if you are trying to start an exrcise program without any clear cut goals in mind. A goal could be something as simple as cutting down on sweets. Start small and progress to bigger and better things.

2. Eat More to weigh less- Logically thinking, eating more to weigh less doesn't make sense but cut your calories and you will soon find out what I'm talking about. Your body will sense a reduction in calories and begin to hoard calories. You see your body has no idea when you will feed it again so calories are spared and you gain weight instead of lose it.

3. Lift Weights- Yes you must lift weights, and no you will not bulk up. I hear that from many women who come to my gym. "I want to lift weights  but I don't want to bulk up".  Here's the deal a women's body hormonally can't put on muscle at accelerated rate to be seen as bulking up.The reason most women bulk up is starting a strength training program will add muscle   which is metabolically active tissue. This means your metabolism will elevate- A good thing, but with an elevated metabolism comes an increased appetite. Now if you start consuming junk food along with strength training you will look bulky not from lifting weights but from all the junk you're eating. Eat healthy and lean toned muscles are yours when you begin a strength training program.
